I’m 65 and out of shape. I love your exercises because it’s helping me get back to exercising and using my muscles that I haven’t used for so long. For now, the chair is perfect. I hope to graduate from it and be more healthy and move more. Thank you!
Creaking and crackling joints need regular special attention, and I regularly devote time to keeping them moving and keep stiffness at bay with range of motion, mobility, and flexibility routines. This one added strength segments, which I embraced with enthusiasm, using various sized weights depending on which part of my upper body I was working. I’m 74 and have an aortic thoracic aneurysm of 4.9cm. What exercises can I and cannot do I’ve put on two stone since I was diagnosed as I’m afraid to do anything in case the aneurysm bursts,please advise and a healthy New Year to all

Thank you …I have ankle inflammation and I feel tired from sitting on the chair for a long time. If you have special exercises to strengthen the entire leg or for beginners other than this, I would be grateful to you..bc I’m afraid to make it worse if i took any video and did it

I have arthritis in my both knees and right hip, I saw this and thaught it might help me out, I’m going slow at first to build up strength. I’m glad I found yer channel. Later when able to advance I’ll check out yer other videos.thank you so much😊
